How can I change or cancel my order?

Yuvy cannot guarantee a cancellation after order dispatch confirmation. In such a case, the cancellation will be processed as soon as the order has been returned.

What is the return policy?

You can return Yuvy products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact info@yuvy.co.uk to process your return and receive a return label.

Are there exceptions to the right of return?

Health and beauty products with opened packaging are not covered by the right of return.

What should I do if I am between two sizes?

Please consult the size charts and take the measurements to determine the most suitable size for you. As a rule, if you are not sure, we recommend choosing one size larger than your normal size.
